She believes that this simple routine helps to detoxify the body, boost the immune system, and improve digestion. “It’s such a small and easy thing to incorporate into your morning routine, but it has immense benefits,” says Bosstick. “I also add in a few drops of apple cider vinegar for an extra kick.”

Another wellness ritual that Bosstick swears by is dry brushing. This involves using a dry brush to gently exfoliate the skin in circular motions. “Dry brushing not only helps to remove dead skin cells, but it also stimulates the lymphatic system, which helps to eliminate toxins from the body,” explains Bosstick. She recommends doing this before showering to reap the full benefits.

In addition to her physical wellness rituals, Bosstick also prioritizes her mental and emotional well-being. She practices daily meditation and journaling to clear her mind and set intentions for the day ahead. “Meditation allows me to be more present and mindful, while journaling helps me to reflect on my thoughts and emotions,” she shares. “It’s important to take care of our mental health just as much as our physical health.”

Bosstick also emphasizes the importance of a balanced diet, emphasizing the 80/20 rule. “I believe in eating clean and nourishing foods most of the time, but I also allow myself to indulge in my favorite treats in moderation,” she says. She also encourages her readers and listeners to experiment with different types of diets and find what works best for their bodies.

In addition to her personal wellness rituals, Bosstick also shares her favorite beauty and skincare rituals with her followers. One of her go-to products is rosehip oil, which she uses daily as a moisturizer. “Rosehip oil is packed with antioxidants and fatty acids, making it great for hydrating and rejuvenating the skin,” she explains. She also swears by jade rolling, a technique that involves using a jade roller to massage the face and promote lymphatic drainage.

Bosstick’s elevated wellness rituals extend beyond just her personal routine. She also believes in creating a positive and healthy environment at home. “I love incorporating essential oils into my daily routine, not just for their amazing scents, but also for their therapeutic benefits,” she shares. She recommends diffusing lavender and eucalyptus oils for relaxation and peppermint oil for energy and focus.

When it comes to exercise, Bosstick is all about finding what works for her body and schedule. She enjoys mixing things up with a combination of Pilates, yoga, and strength training. “It’s important to find a form of exercise that you enjoy and that fits into your lifestyle,” she says. “Consistency is key.”

As the founder of The Skinny Confidential, Bosstick is constantly sharing wellness tips and advice with her audience. However, she stresses the importance of not comparing yourself to others. “We are all unique and what works for one person may not work for another,” she says. “It’s about finding what makes you feel your best and embracing your own journey.”

In addition to her wellness rituals, Bosstick also revealed some of her favorite products that she can’t live without. Some of her must-haves include a good quality probiotic, collagen powder, and a silk pillowcase for better hair and skin. She also recommends incorporating adaptogens, such as ashwagandha and reishi, into your daily routine for their stress-reducing benefits.
